ZERO Biotech teams contributed 400km in Oncidium foundation Tackle Cancer Challenge to promote the awareness of #radiotheranostics for cancer care!

ZERO Biotech participated in the #TackleCancerChallenge event as the Hong Kong representative and promoter. The event, created by the Oncidium Foundation, focuses on raising awareness about radiotheranostics as alternatives for cancer care and providing support to accelerate global access. The goal is to bridge the gap between people and advance the availability of this innovative and life-saving technology.

The #TackleCancerChallenge event, held from May 12th to 28th, engaged participants from around the world in a world tour distance of 40,000 km / 25,000 miles, through any kind of sports activity they preferred. By participating in this global initiative, ZERO Biotech aimed to raise awareness about radiotheranostics for cancer care and contribute to the global fight against cancer.

In the field of cancer therapy, precision targeted radiotherapy in nuclear medicine is just beginning to gain momentum, demonstrating its potential with the recent market approval of the first products. However, many patients and the general public remain unaware of the existence and benefits of radiotheranostics. Therefore, promoting and raising awareness is crucial to enhance their development globally.

ZERO Biotech, driven by its commitment to enhancing cancer care, actively supported the #TackleCancerChallenge event by encouraging its employees, partners, and community members to participate in the challenge. 

As the Hong Kong representative and promoter, ZERO Biotech's efforts were met with resounding success. Among the 56 teams participating in the #TackleCancerChallenge, ZERO Biotech achieved an outstanding ranking, securing the impressive fifth position overall. This achievement reflects the dedication, passion, and collective effort of the ZERO Biotech team and its unwavering commitment to combating cancer.

ZERO Biotech extends its heartfelt gratitude to the Oncidium Foundation for creating the #TackleCancerChallenge event and leading the way in raising awareness about radiotheranostics as alternatives for cancer care.
